Relationship

The relationship between Barcelona Fine Chemicals, S.R.L. and the buyer will be the independent contractor. The customer assumes responsibility for the use and application of the products supplied, in accordance with the compliance with the applicable technical and regulatory requirements regarding the shipment, storage, processing and marketing of the products in the country of destination.

Products from Barcelona Fine Chemicals S.R.L., cannot be transferred to private persons.

The toxicity and dangerousness studies of many compounds is unknown, therefore the information in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) may be incomplete or inaccurate and the absence of safety pictograms does not indicate that the product is safe for health. These products must be treated with the highest security measures. The buyer assumes all responsibility to warn its employees of the dangers for people and agrees to instruct its employees on the safe use of such products.

The inappropriate use of any product in combination or reaction with other substances will be the responsibility of the buyer.
